Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return and exchange it only if the item is damaged. Please see below for more information on return policy.
Return
All returns must be dispatch within 7 days of purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and label attached. We do not accept returns only in one condition if the item is sent wrong or damaged. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct sizes and colors of your items.
Return Process
To return am item, please email customer service at minimal.ae1@gmail.com to obtain a Return Good Authorization (RGA) number. After receiving a RGA number, place the item securely in its original packaging. We will contact you to collect the item.
Refund Process
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email or WhatsApp message when your return has been processed.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be Refunded, Return or Exchanged:
- If the item was in its new condition and not damaged
